A consultation meeting was held between Artvin Provincial Immigration Administration and our University on 13.12.2023 regarding the residence procedures of International Students and how the official procedures will be carried out. 

The Vice Rector in charge of our University, Prof.Dr., attended the meeting. Murat KİBAR, Foreign Relations Applications and Research Center. Director Dr. Lecturer. Member Hakan GÜLTEKİN, Head of Student Affairs Department Mustafa Ünver SABUNCU, Lecturer Affairs Department. Director Süleyman ÇELİK and International Student Office responsible Lecturer. See. Ercan SOYSAL attended.

At the meeting, the new responsibilities undertaken by Universities in accordance with the protocol signed between YÖK and IMMIGRATION ADMINISTRATION were discussed. In this context, a consensus was reached that there should be a closer relationship and communication between Artvin Çoruh University and Artvin Provincial Immigration Administration.

Artvin Provincial Immigration Administration officials also informed us that they are open to all kinds of communication and assistance in order to prevent any disruption in the transactions of foreign students who are registered or will enroll in our university.
