Our students who graduate from our university check whether the diploma/diploma supplement is ready or not on the Alumni Information System , and if they request, the diploma/diploma supplement is sent to their address by the Registrar's Office, upon completion of the termination process, by courier. In addition, they can come to the Registrar's Office through their legal representatives (a person with a notarized power of attorney) and receive their diploma/diploma supplement in person.

If students who want to receive a diploma by courier enter the Alumni Information System,print out the Diploma Request Form under the Diploma tab, fill it out and send it by mail to the Registrar's Office, the diploma/diploma supplement will be sent by courier, prepaid, to the address they specified in the request form.

In order for the diplomas to be delivered, there should be no obstacle for graduate students to leave our University. Students who have an obstacle to discontinuation can receive their diplomas after this obstacle is eliminated.
